Kate Alfonso-Purino served as the Product Development and Onboarding Manager of a Virtual Property Management Service company for seven years and is currently serving as Online Staff Sourcing, Inc.’s President and SureVestor, Inc.’s Operations Manager. She has worked with Property Management Companies for 10 years, providing products and services geared towards supporting Property Managers across the US, Australia, and New Zealand. Being a remote-employee herself, she understands the challenges of Virtual Employees and has the desire to provide Filipino and Mexican VAs a fair, healthy, and sustainable career in the industry.

Outside of work, Kate is happily married and enjoys serving at church; her weekends are spent at the gym or cooking

Ana Dellosa serves as the Marketing Associate of OSSI. Ever since she graduated back in 2018, she has experienced working as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Associate roles and Content Creator for various websites. Other than work, she loves to stay
at home with her daughter and try on different life lessons but making sure it would still be fun. Since the pandemic started, she has tried different sports to stay fit like badminton and volleyball.
